If, at any point, you feel you need further guidance or would prefer to speak with someone face to face, please do get in touch and we are happy to arrange a meeting with you.
What repayment options are available?
We offer two longer term repayment options. You can either chose a 12 months or 24 months repayment plan.
What is the repayment cost?
If you go for either one of the repayment options you must base your calculations on the Course Installment rate as is displayed on each course. Once you have the installment rate, you need to add an additional £100 for the 12 months plan and an additional £200 for the 24 months plan.
So for example, if you choose our popular Hotel Receptionist & Opera PMS Hotel Software course you will see that the initial installment rate is £899. This is the price of the course if paid in three installments and completely settled before the end of the course. However, if you like to repay this course in either 12 or 24 installments you must use the below sample calculations.
Example: 12 easy Installments:
If you decide that you would like to repay this course in 12 equal monthly installments you must now add £100 to the £899. So your total repayment fee is £999. Divide this figure now by 12 (months). Your monthly repayments would now equal £83.25 every month for the next 12 months. If a course is booked 4 weeks before the course start date a 10% discount is applied to the overall rate i.e. £999 becomes £899.10 and your monthly repayments would be reduced to £74.92
Example: 24 easy Installments:
If you decide that you would like to repay this course in 24 equal monthly installments you must now add £200 to the £899. So your total repayment fee is £1099. Divide this figure now by 24 (months). Your monthly repayments would now equal £45.79 every month for the next 24 months. If a course is booked 4 weeks before the course start date a 10% discount is applied to the overall rate i.e. £1099 becomes £989.10 and your monthly repayments would be reduced to £41.21
Who can apply?
Our monthly repayment plans are available to anyone aged 18 or over. You must be resident in the UK and have proof of ID. You must also have your own bank account and the ability to afford your monthly repayments.
What do I need to provide to apply?
You need to provide the following when applying for the student finance option:
- Valid Photo ID. This can be a drivers license, a passport or a Government issued Photo ID.
- Proof of address. This can be a council tax bill, a bank statement or a utility bill with your name and address on it.
- A bank card to make the first payment
We may ask for a Guarantor to secure your loan if we feel that either your circumstances and/or provided documentation is not strong enough to support your application. However, this will be decided on a case to case basis and only after we have received your initial application.

What happens after I sent my application?
Once we received your application, we will aim to process your documents within 72 hours.
If you are approved, we will send you a letter stating the approval and provide the Credit Agreement together with the proposed repayment schedule. All you need to do is sign and return the agreement to us. Now you are set to be booked onto the course of your choice.
We suggest that you send in your application at least 7 working days prior to your chosen course start date in order to avoid disappointment in not getting your application processed in time.
Can I cancel my application?
Yes, you can cancel your application anytime before you signed the Credit Agreement and as long as you have not been booked onto a course as a result of your approved application and signed credit agreement. Once a course was bindingly booked, the standard terms and conditions for course bookings and cancellations apply.
Why not come and visit us in person at Reception Academy? We would be delighted to show you around and answer any further questions you may have. Just let us know when you would like to visit and we can arrange a date and time that suits you best.
