It was an amazing experience! After the Supervision and Leadership course I have a complete new perspective on how a good supervisor/ manager should be and above all the course gave me that boost in my career I was looking for. During the course everything is detailed and finely organised and once the course is completed they will still help you with every doubt or enquiry! I’m already thinking to do a new course with them, maybe next year.Written
I finished my course of becoming a supervisor and I want to thank the whole staff of the reception academy for the excellent performance and dedication to the trainees who attend their courses. I also want to make a special thank you to our trainer, Daniel David for his special form and conduct with which he presents us so that we can acquire valuable knowledge for our futures. I have two children who are in this wonderful profession in Portugal and it is already decided that they will come to London in order to do the reception and Opera V5- 4 weeks course, which will give them high qualifications to pursue their careers.
