I finished my course of becoming a supervisor and I want to thank the whole staff of the reception academy for the excellent performance and dedication to the trainees who attend their courses. I also want to make a special thank you to our trainer, Daniel David for his special form and conduct with which he presents us so that we can acquire valuable knowledge for our futures. I have two children who are in this wonderful profession in Portugal and it is already decided that they will come to London in order to do the reception and Opera V5- 4 weeks course, which will give them high qualifications to pursue their careers.

I completed the Supervisor course and started looking for another job. I am so happy to tell you that I got a Supervisor/Shift Leader position in DoubleTree by Hilton. This will be a great challenge for me as they have 460 rooms and I have never worked in such a huge hotel.
