The examination for this course consists of two multiple choice questionnaires and one short exercise sheet. There is no pass mark for this course which means you cannot fail. I attended the PMS Software Reservation Agent course. I am satisfied with what I learned. Although I first thought that there was too much time to learn what we had to learn, I soon found out that a reservation agent has a lot to know and I think that one month was probably the optimal time to learn it.
The only thing I would add is that there should maybe be a manual available that would explain important tasks, concepts and their purpose.
The staff is very polite, accommodating and professional. The offices are equipped with everything that's needed - computers, PMS software and drinks.
