Course Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
1.0 Course cancelled 6 weeks prior to course start date – admin fee of one third of the course price applies, remaining deposit will be refunded.
1.2 Any courses cancelled 21 working days or less prior to course start date will not be refunded. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full.
1.3 Reception Academy reserves the right to cancel the course if number of delegates has not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively or any unforeseen circumstances do not allow for a safe training environment. In the event of cancellation, Reception Academy will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the deposit paid.
