The Reception Supervisor Course

This unique Hotel Reception Supervisor  / Shift Leader Course is available for applicants  with 6 months minimum working experience as a Hotel Receptionist. If you qualify, this is an amazing opportunity to gain training and go forward in your career.

 

Most Hotels will only ever promote you from a Receptionist position to the next higher level, as a Reception  Supervisor,  if  you can demonstrate those all important  skills required,  including the ability and knowledge to lead a successful team.

Reception Academy  once again has teamed up with leading  London Hotels to give you exactly those very essential skills. The Reception Supervisor Course has been designed to help develop you in all aspects of the Supervisor role, giving you a huge advantage over other applicants when taking the next step in your career.

The training will  take  place  over  8 weekends giving you the opportunity to earn a living whilst preparing yourself for the next step in your career.

Each session will  last 4 hours,  both Saturday & Sunday and you are able to choose between an early class from 9.00am to 1.00pm or an evening class starting at 4.00pm to 8.00pm.

There are only a maximum of 12 spaces per class to ensure that you get the most out of your Reception Supervisor Training at Reception Academy.
