Please note that your personal information is only accessible by the Reception Academy Training Centre at which you enrol and is not shared with any other Reception Academy Training Centre. In order to assist Hospitality Training & Recruitment Ltd. provision of the service, you also consent to we share and exchange your personal information with Hospitality Training & Recruitment Ltd. carefully chosen data processors, such as Hotels. Hospitality Training & Recruitment Ltd. will only use carefully chosen data processors who contractually agree to protect your personal information whilst being processed on Hospitality Training & Recruitment Ltd.'s behalf. Otherwise, without first obtaining your permission, your personal information will not be disclosed by us to any third party provider.

Hospitality Training & Recruitment Ltd. will not transfer your personal information to any member(s) of the Hospitality Training & Recruitment Ltd. Network or any other third parties without first obtaining your prior written consent.

If you decide to enter into a contract with any third party provider through the services offered by any Reception Academy Training Centre, the information you have provided will be held by that provider for the purposes set out in the provider's own privacy policy.
