Martin Hartmann MIH
Martin founded Reception Academy in 2008 whilst working for Hilton as a Front Of House Manager.
Prior to this he worked for various chains such as Radisson, Marriott and Hilton as well as some smaller independent hotels.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jade is the co-founder of Reception Academy and joined the company in its early stages in 2009.
Prior to that she worked as an Executive Sales Manager in the commercial building industry for over 10 years.
Daniel David MIH
Director of Training & Development
Daniel joined Reception Academy as a Trainer in September 2010.
He started his hotel career with Hilton as a Luggage Porter and steadily climbed the ranks of the industry to Receptionist, Reception Supervisor, Guest Relation Manager and for a brief period Acting Reception Manager before joining Reception Academy.
Pierre joined the trainer team in October 2011.
He has worked in the Hospitality Industry since he was 18 years old and worked for hotels in Paris and London. In the UK he worked for Corus Hotels and most recently Hilton Worldwide.
Ramin joined the Reception Academy Trainer team in September 2014.
He started his hospitality career working as a busking boy in Harvester restaurants and after taking a course at Reception Academy went on to work at Hyatt Regency London the Churchill in the Executive Lounge Reception as part of the Guest Relations Team.
Anna Bonisoli Alquati
Sales & Marketing Assistant
Anna joined us in December 2015 and is the newest member to the Reception Academy Team.
Anna studied Marketing Communications in London and graduated April 2015. Prior to her studies, she worked as an Events Manager with Hub Westminster and as a Marketing Manager for Padania Alimenti.
Director of Cute Affairs
Gizmo is our newest team member and joined the Reception Academy Team in August 2016. His skills-set is mainly based around eating, sleeping and looking extremely cute (big eyes like "Cat in Boots" sort of style). He is not the most productive team member but his ability to put a smile on everyone's face is enough to make him a hot contender for the title of "Team Member of the month" pretty much every month.
Come and say hello if you like to meet Gizmo. He is a very friendly little Boston Terrier and enjoys a cuddle anytime of the day.
